Ticky Tack
This work focuses literally on private spaces. I photographed my Grandmother’s house and became fascinated by how close-up fragments of her rooms created containers that reflected her specifically. I then began to explore my mother’s home with a focus on how her mementos served as an extension of her identity. I created scenes of weighted moments that isolated personal landscapes but could be combined into one unified story.
